Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance trains Red Cross caseworkers how to conduct effective client interviews and provide appropriate assistance to help meet a client's immediate disaster-caused or disaster-aggravated needs.

Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance (Part 1)
Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance is a basic, instructor-led, video-supported course designed to train Red Cross caseworkers how to conduct effective client interviews and provide appropriate assistance to help meet a client’s immediate disaster-caused or disaster-aggravated needs. This course qualifies for 0.8 CEU credit under the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) guidelines.
